Set your alarm: this is a breakfast worth getting up for.
Admire the views of Lake Geneva as you’re brought a cup of freshly brewed coffee. But don’t get too settled: the gourmet buffet is calling.
At the hot cooking station, we’ll make eggs any way you wish while you help yourself to crisp bacon, sauteed mushrooms and crunchy hash browns.
And that’s just the first visit. Come back for the cured meats, aged cheeses, fragrant fresh breads, pastries and cakes. Then again – after all, there are still the delicate yoghurt pots heaped with sweet compote, a rainbow of fresh fruit, muesli and granola to try, all washed down with freshly squeezed orange juice.
We wouldn’t be at all surprised if breakfast became a three-course affair.

Begin with a chilled glass of champagne, then savour every bite as you explore the generous buffet at your own pace. After all, brunch is best enjoyed slowly.
